Collaborative medical physics and precision dosimetry tailored to your clinical workflow. We deliver unhurried second checks, advanced planning, and dependable team coverage — structured per deliverable so quality and safety always come first.
A plan for physics check, a chart for review, a dosimetry case — or patients waiting for physician contouring and planning — with priority and due date.
Every case receives a thorough, independent review aligned with clinical standards. Dosimetry and plan checks are scoped per deliverable, with multiple ABR-certified physicists assigned to your site so continuity never depends on one person.
Review notes, approvals, or planning packages through your agreed secure channel — nationwide, including clinics with no on-site physicist.
They keep machine QA, regulatory items, and local needs. VROSol takes plan checks, dosimetry, and chart review.
Machine QA scheduled primarily in the Southeast US, elsewhere by arrangement.
Yes. We currently cover clinics entirely remotely — plan checks, chart reviews, and dosimetry. Remote workflow is our standard operating model.
Our AAMD-certified dosimetrists connect securely to your treatment planning system (TPS) through your clinic's VPN or remote desktop. We build 3D, VMAT, IMRT, SRS, and SBRT plans tailored to your physician's clinical goals and dose constraints, collaborating directly with your local team for plan iterations and delivering ready-to-treat plans into your record-and-verify system.
Ideally, SBRT treatment delivery is attended by an on-site physicist. However, for clinics operating under remote coverage, we have performed imaging and setup review remotely alongside radiation therapists to verify patient positioning and ensure proper setup and safe treatment.
HDR treatment delivery requires an on-site physicist to be present at the treatment console. While your local team handles patient setup and delivery, our medical physicists remotely perform applicator reconstruction, dwell time optimization, and dose planning, or provide independent physics second checks before treatment starts.
Often yes, and frequently the most budget-friendly option. They retain oversight; we absorb plan volume that creates backlog and after-hours pressure.
Typically machine QA, regulatory and accreditation, equipment issues, and in-person clinic relationships. VROSol handles defined remote deliverables.
Traditional locums fill a seat on the clock and bill for availability regardless of output. VROSol provides dedicated, peer-reviewed physics QA and precision dosimetry per deliverable — ensuring your department gets meticulous attention to detail, continuous multi-physicist coverage, and clinical accountability without rigid hourly minimums.
We assign several physicists to each site. Coverage does not depend on one person — so you don’t need separate vacation coverage arrangements.
Yes. Hiring takes months; patient volume doesn’t pause. VROSol provides bridge coverage during physicist or dosimetrist vacancies: plan checks, pre-treatment chart review, dosimetry, and STAT overflow — billed per plan and per chart, not as hourly locums. Several physicists stay assigned to your site, and coverage scales down as your new hire completes onboarding. Many centers use us for the gap, then keep a hybrid relationship afterward for overflow.
Yes. Board-certified, licensed radiation oncologists provide remote contouring and planning for patients already on your clinic’s list — so backlog clears without waiting for additional on-site physician days.
We accommodate routine, urgent, and STAT priorities — aligned with how clinics already classify work.
